How Does Mississauga flat fee mls Work ?

We will email/fax you Flat Fee MLS agreement and other MLS forms and agreements which are required, you'll fill them out and fax it back to our office (905) 565-6677 Attention Sean Azim.
We'll ask you to email us all the pictures you want us to upload on to MLS (Max 9)
Once we receive the payment for flat Fee MLS, we will upload your property on to MLS (Realtor.ca) within 24 hours.

We'll list your property for one low Flat fee on MLS system. Once your property is listed on MLS, all of the real estate agents in your area and their buyers will be notified that your home is on the market through the Realtor® MLS (Realtor.ca) system.

Also your property's photo and information will appear on hundreds of the top real estate Internet web sites like, Realtor.ca formally MLS.ca, MSN, Lycos, Alta Vista, Ask Jeeves, AOL, and many more. Your listing will be exposed to millions of buyers around the world.

Buyers, and their agents (if they have one), will call you directly to schedule a showing of your home. If you accept an offer from an agent, you pay just the "buyer's agent" portion of the commission - usually 2 - 3% (you determine the commission normally 2.5%).

If you sell your home directly to a buyer without an agent, you pay absolutely no commission! You get the best of both options.

Compared to traditional real estate brokers, who charge a commission of approximately 5%, you will save approximately $5000 for every $100,000 of your home's sale price! If your house does not sell, you have a full refund that is if you have use Sean Azim as a Realtor to list your home as full service.

Keep in mind, that if for some reason you can not sell your house, we will refund you 100% of the Flat Fee charges, if you use Sean Azim to list your home/condo as a full service, plus you'll pay one low commission rate at completion of transaction.
